First Part of Sónar Lisbon 2025 Lineup Unveiled

The first wave of the lineup for the fourth edition of Sónar Lisbon has been revealed. From April 11th to 13th, 2025, Parque Eduardo VII will become a hub for electronic music pioneers and rising talents.

Since its first edition in 1994, Sónar has been at the forefront of electronic music and digital culture. Founded in Barcelona, the festival has consistently evolved, offering groundbreaking lineups with the most influential artists in the electronic scene and fostering connections and collaborations among industry professionals.

The initial lineup announcement already highlights major names: Marcel Dettmann will perform his new live set, “My Own Shadow,” Max Cooper will present an immersive new audiovisual show, and Nina Kraviz will return with an electrifying set. Also joining are Modeselektor and Gabber Eleganza, who will debut “The Hakke Show” in Portugal. More acts will be revealed as the event approaches.

Festival passes, available on the official website, grant access to all events over the weekend.

Since 2013, the festival has expanded with “Sónar+D,” a series dedicated to exploring how emerging technologies and digitalization are transforming live music performance.

Sónar arrived in Lisbon in 2022, positioning Portugal’s capital as a new meeting point for electronic music enthusiasts. This fourth edition will take place in Lisbon’s urban oasis, Parque Eduardo VII, from April 11th to 13th, 2025. The festival will host two sides of the Sónar experience: Sónar by Day, running throughout the weekend, and Sónar by Night, on Friday and Saturday.

Sónar by Day will feature two outdoor and one indoor stage, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in the vibrant musical landscape of Lisbon. Sónar by Night will deliver an authentic clubbing experience with a nonstop flow of live sets, DJ performances, and audiovisual shows, bridging the present and future of club culture.
